We begin with a complimentary phone consultation. A short intake form comes first so that I can arrive already thinking about your trip, and our time together is spent on you. We'll talk through your travel vision, the kind of experience you're after, and the planning tier that fits the trip ahead.
Once your tier is selected, the work begins from there.

Curation & Planning
Ahead of your Planning Session, I prepare three curated hotel options based on your preferences, priorities, and budget — paired with eligible partner benefits when available.
During our session, we walk through the pros and cons of each option, choose the one that best fits, and secure your booking in real time.

Departure & Beyond
In the days that follow, your personalized guide is delivered along with any enhancements or reservations arranged for your tier.
A pre-departure check-in confirms every detail before you go. After your trip, we'll connect to reflect on the experience — what worked, what you loved, and what shapes the next one.

After our consultation, I research your destination and bring three options to your Planning Session on Zoom, where we choose the right fit together. Eligible partner benefits are applied when available.
Before you go, you receive The City Guide — your destination and your dates, with what's worth seeing and what's happening while you're there.

SIGNATURE
Signature is the partnership.
I know you personally before I choose anything.
Everything in Styled, plus a Discovery Call on Zoom before any research begins. The three options I bring to your Planning Session are built around that conversation, and if none of them feel right, a full re-do is included.
Before you go, you receive Your Signature Edition — the same destination knowledge, chosen around you, from where to eat to what to skip.

DESIGNER
Designer is the design.
You arrive, and it's already yours.
Everything in Signature, and then some. Once your hotel is secured, I arrange whatever you'd like handled, such as dining, spa, or experiences. It can be as much or as little as the trip calls for.
Before you go, you receive Our Arrangement — your days laid out, with the reservations already confirmed. From your departure until your return home, I'm a text away.
