Discovery
We begin with a complimentary consultation. A short intake form comes first so that I can arrive already thinking about your trip, and our time together is spent on you. We'll talk through your travel vision, the kind of experience you're after, and the planning tier that fits the trip ahead. Once your tier is selected, we'll review and sign the planning agreement together on the call and schedule your Planning Session. The work begins from there.

Curation & Planning
Ahead of your Planning Session, I prepare three curated hotel options based on your preferences, priorities, and budget — paired with eligible partner benefits when available. During our session, we walk through the pros and cons of each option, choose the one that best fits, and secure your booking in real time. For Signature and Designer clients, this is also where the broader trip starts to take shape — from curated enhancements to the rhythm of your days.

Departure & Beyond
In the days that follow, your personalized travel guide is delivered along with any reservations or enhancements arranged on your behalf. A pre-departure check-in confirms every detail before you go. After your trip, we'll connect to reflect on the experience — what landed, what you loved, and what shapes the next one.

The Planning Tiers
STYLED
Styled is the foundation. For travelers who want the right hotel and the right perks. I research your destination, curate three hotel options, and at your Planning Session, we choose the right fit. I book it on your behalf and apply any eligible partner benefits to the reservation. You'll also receive a personalized travel guide before departure, and a post-trip reconnect after your return.
SIGNATURE
Signature is the partnership. For travelers who want a planning partner, not a planning service. Signature includes everything in Styled, plus two intentional additions. Before your Planning Session, I research and curate trip enhancements for your destination and bring you a selection to review alongside your hotel options. If the first three hotels don't quite land, a revision Planning Session is part of your tier.
DESIGNER
Designer is the design. For travelers who want to show up and be present. Designer includes everything in Styled and Signature, plus reservations, sequencing, and pre-arrival coordination. Once we've secured your hotel, I arrange your dining, spa, and experience reservations and sequence them so each day has rhythm. I also contact your hotel before your arrival so the staff recognizes you when you walk in, and throughout your trip, you can text me directly for support.
