What I Handle
1
The Terms
After our consultation call, you’ll receive a written recap of exactly what your group needs. I source two or three properties and send them to you side by side in one quote. Then I negotiate the rate and any available perks, and confirm everything in writing before you sign. If the contract sets a minimum number of rooms, that commitment is yours. I’ll walk you through what it means before you sign anything.
2
The Bookings
Every reservation runs through the group’s block, and I manage all of it. Your guests can reserve their own room through the group’s dedicated booking link, I can enter the reservations myself, or the entire block can sit on one account, whichever suits your group and however your guests are rooming. I keep track of who’s confirmed and follow up with anyone who hasn’t booked.
3
The Changes
Shifted nights, added nights, room swaps, and cancellations all come to me. I’m your guests’ single point of contact from the day the contract is signed until the last guest checks out. Because every booking is in writing and made through me, I’m the one on the phone when something goes wrong, not you.
A room block solves the rooms. It doesn’t solve the chasing.
GROUP TRAVEL
Group Travel covers ten to thirty rooms on dates already set, with one person accountable for all of it. For larger groups, I provide a custom quote.
The fee covers everything from our consultation call through the last checkout — the sourcing, the negotiation, the bookings, and every change in between. Hand it over entirely or stay alongside me; the fee is the same either way.
The hotel’s deposit, if the contract requires one, is separate and goes directly to the property.
