Consultation
Every departure begins with a conversation. This is where I get to know you: how you like to travel, what makes a stay feel right, and what this trip is for.
It’s a complimentary thirty-minute phone call. By the end, you’ll know which planning tier fits your trip and what it costs.

Confirm Your Tier
Once you’ve chosen your tier, I’ll send my planning agreement.
You’ll then complete your Traveler Profile, and my research begins. Your options are ready within seven to ten business days.

Planning Session & Your Edit
During your Planning Session on Zoom, I’ll walk you through each option and send your quote.
After you book, your Edit arrives, with one page for each destination.
Your vision deserves more than a search bar.
The Planning Tiers
SIGNATURE
Signature is the partnership.
I know you personally before I choose anything.
This tier is for one destination, however many nights you stay. I choose three hotel options around you and apply eligible preferred partner benefits when available. Your Planning Session is 45 minutes, and if none of the three feel right, one re-do is included.
After you book, you’ll receive your Edit — one page, named for where you’re going. It isn’t a list of everything there is to do. It’s written around you, with only what’s worth your time.

DESIGNER
Designer is the longer road.
It covers more than one place and the order they belong in.
You’ll have three hotel options for each of your two or more destinations, along with a 60-minute Planning Session. A trip with more stops has more to get right: where you begin, how long you stay, and how the pieces connect. One re-do is included.
After you book, you’ll receive an Edit for each destination, along with the order the trip runs in.
